On Thursday, May 30, Governor Koike met with Tilea West, the 2019 (71st) United States Cherry Blossom Queen of the National Cherry Blossom Festival, and Yuki Tatsumi, the 27th Japan Sakura Queen, at the Tokyo Metropolitan Government.
