France's ambassador to Japan visits the governor

On Thursday, February 27, H.E. Mr. Christian Masset, Ambassador of France to Japan, paid a courtesy call on Governor Masuzoe.

The governor greeted the ambassador, saying, "It is my great pleasure to welcome you. I wish to speak to you today about my aspirations to make Tokyo the world's best city. I really love the beautiful cityscape of Paris. Currently, London is the top city in the world, followed by New York. Paris places third, and Tokyo is fourth. Let's put Paris and Tokyo at the top."
