The French Business Confederation (MEDEF) visits the governor

On Tuesday, October 6, a delegation from the French Business Confederation (MEDEF) led by Frédéric Sanchez, Chairman of the Internationalisation Committee, met with the governor.

At the meeting, the governor said, “We have two major sporting events coming up—the Rugby World Cup 2019 and the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games. I hope to build close ties between Tokyo and Paris, and Japan and France, not only in the area of sports, but in a wide range of fields such as culture and the economy. If there is anything that I can do to help make this happen, I would be glad to assist.”
