Mini Cruise Tour for Foreign residents and overseas visitors
–Sunset Cruise, Night View and Rainbow Firework-
The Bureau of Port and Harbor of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government (TMG) invites foreign residents and overseas visitors to the Tokyo Winter Evening Harbor Tour co-hosted by Tokyo Port Promotion Association and Musashino University. At the tour, participants will board the Shin-Tokyo-Maru, which is inspection ship owned by TMG. Participants will travel area around the port, visit Tokyo Port Museum and see night view of Tokyo Waterfront. Participants can see Rainbow Bridge, the leading foreign-trade container terminal in Japan, and Tokyo Waterfront City with guides. Information will be provided by TMG officials and volunteers from Musashino University in English, Chinese and Korean. After the tour, Rainbow Firework will be held at Odaiba Marine Park on that day.

*In case of cancellation due to bad weather, we will inform the participants by the following at around 12:00.
Takeshiba Small Ship Terminal
(A 15-minute walk from JR Hamamatsucho Station or a 5-minute walk from the “Yurikamome” Takeshiba Station)
Takeshiba Small Ship Terminal(15:30)→(Sunset Cruising (75 minutes))→Aomi Passenger Ship Terminal(16:45)→(Walk to Tokyo Port Museum)→Tokyo Port Museum and seeing night view(17:00)→Finish(18:00)
*Odaiba Rainbow Firework will be held at 19:00 on that day. (It is not including in the tour)
*Guide in English, Chinese and Korean by student volunteers.(There are no guides in Japanese.)

*Transportation fees to/from the terminals where the tour starts/finishes are at the participants’ own cost

Representative name (in alphabet), E-mail address, Emergency contact (mobile number), Number of participants (Max 4 persons per group), Names and ages of all participants (including representative), Questions in regard to the Port of Tokyo, if any. (We will make every effort to answer the questions during the tour.)

*The tour details will be delivered to your registered e-mail address after the application period (In case of a draw, you will be informed of the result.)

*Communication fees in regard to application are at the participants’ own cost.
*Application will be cancelled if any false information or procedure is found.
*Emergency contact will be made to domestic phones only. We will not make international calls.
*For overseas applicants, if you fail to inform us of your emergency contact number, please note that no further information can be given in the case of any last-minutes changes.
