Tokyo Port Promotion Association
The Bureau of Port and Harbor, Tokyo Metropolitan Government (TMG), is organizing “Port of Tokyo Winter Evening Cruise” for foreign residents and overseas visitors. At the tour, participants will board the Shin-Tokyo-Maru, which is inspection ship owned by TMG, and travel area around the port to view sites such as the leading foreign-trade container terminal in Japan, Rainbow Bridge, Tokyo Gate Bridge and Tokyo Waterfront City. You can also enjoy Rainbow Firework that will be held at Odaiba Marine Park after the cruise.
December 10 (Sat), 2016, 3:30 p.m. to 4:45 p.m.

*In case of cancellation due to bad weather, we will inform the participants by the following at around 12:00.

Takeshiba Small Ship Terminal (1-16-3 Kaigan, Minato-ku, Tokyo)
(A 15-minute walk from Hamamatsucho Station of JR line or a 5-minute walk from Takeshiba Station of Yurikamome line)
Takeshiba Small Ship Terminal (15:30) → (Start Cruising (75 minutes)) → Aomi Passenger Ship Terminal (16:45)
*Young members of TMG will act as guides in Japanese and students from Musashino University are planning to translate into English, Chinese and Korean.
*Odaiba Rainbow Firework will be held at 19:00 on that day. It is not included in the tour and the participants are responsible for their own transportation.
60 people *If oversubscribed, participants will be selected by a draw
- 15 years old and above *15 year old junior high school students are NOT eligible.
- Foreign nationals, as individuals or in groups (Groups must include at least one foreign nationals)

*Transportation fees to/from the terminals where the tour starts/finishes are at the participants’ own cost

Contact person’s name (in alphabet), email address, Emergency contact (mobile number) in Japan, Number of participants (maximum 4 people per group), Names and ages of all participants (including contact person), Questions about the Port of Tokyo, if any. (We will make every effort to answer the questions during the cruise)

*The tour details will be delivered to your email address you have provided after the application deadline. (In case of a draw, you will be notified of the result.)

*Communication fees in regard to application are at the participants’ own cost.
*Application will be cancelled if any false information is found.
