Overseas consultation desk “Access to Tokyo” opens in Singapore!

In order to attract foreign companies to Tokyo, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government(TMG) established overseas consultation desks called “Access to Tokyo” in London, Paris and San Francisco in 2017. These desks are charged with responding to inquiries, providing consultations, and wide range of information (such as TMG’s initiatives to attract foreign companies, the attractiveness of Tokyo’s market, etc.) to foreign companies considering overseas expansion and overseas hub organizations supporting them.
We are pleased to inform you that a new “Access to Tokyo“ location has opened in Singapore on the 25th of April, 2018.

All “Access to Tokyo” offices are open from Monday to Friday, except local country holidays, from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. Singapore Time(UTC +8) (with lunchtime break)Please make a reservation in advance if you wish to visit in person.)

Outline of Activities

1. Representatives will respond to inquiries regarding Japanese market entry and market information, providing immediate response in local language.
2. Representatives will visit foreign companies to provide program information and attend exhibitions and trade shows to identify promising companies.
3. Representatives will introduce Tokyo’s program to “hub organizations” (e.g. local government agencies, industry associations, investors, etc.), to establish partnerships and attract a diverse set of target companies.
