Bureau of Industrial and Labor Affairs, Tokyo Metropolitan Government
Tokyo Convention & Visitors Bureau
The Tokyo Metropolitan Government and the Tokyo Convention & Visitors Bureau are promoting the use of Tokyo’s museums, Japanese gardens, and other venues that can make an event extra special as unique venues for meetings and events-collectively referred to as MICE*-receptions, and other occasions.
In order to provide comprehensive support for MICE organizers and others who want to use these unique venues, the “Tokyo Unique Venues” service center has been established within the Tokyo Convention & Visitors Bureau. By providing one-stop services such as responding to inquiries, introducing facilities, and assisting in coordinating matters from the planning to the holding of events to further promote the use of the unique venues, Tokyo will become an even more attractive location for MICE events.
