Tokyo 2020 Preparation
Tokyo Metropolitan Government
Tokyo Metropolitan Government (TMG) is now preparing for the reopening of new permanent venues used during the Olympic and Paralympic Games Tokyo 2020. After the Tokyo 2020 Organising Committee finishes removing the overlays from each venue, the TMG will partially refurbish them. Among these venues, Sea Forest Waterway, Oi Hockey Stadium, and Kasai Canoe Slalom Centre are now scheduled to reopen for public use.
Visit the official websites of individual venues for details about use after reopening.
* Some areas of the reopened facilities are not available for use due to the construction work. Reopening dates may change depending on the progress of construction.
