Takeout container sharing service demonstration project for drinks starts at Starbucks

Disposable containers are often used for takeout. In an effort to reduce plastic and other disposable items, the Re&Go takeout container sharing service demonstration project is underway, with tumblers and other containers being lent out to users, who then return them for reuse.
About 10 Starbucks outlets in the Marunouchi area are participating in the project.

How to use

1. Add the LINE account on the POP at participating outlets or the website , then scan the QR code to begin using
2. Return the container at the store where you purchased it or at any other cooperating outlet (you can also search for stores where you can return it on LINE)

Easily borrow and return using QR codes	Pick up cups at stores

Returned cups will be cleaned and reused	Professional cleaners will clean and visually inspect them. The QR code will be read when the process is finished. They are then sent back to stores.
